BLKWell is free health navigation built for Black patients and caregivers. We help you find trusted, culturally responsive care, prepare for your visits, and connect to the resources you need.
Our mission
Black Americans living with disabilities or chronic health conditions face real barriers in healthcare. Too many people are dismissed, talked over, or left to figure out confusing systems alone. BLKWell exists to change that experience.
We help you find providers our community trusts, understand benefits like SSDI, SSI, and Medicaid in plain English, and walk into every appointment prepared to advocate for yourself. You deserve care that treats you with dignity. And we speak your language, not jargon.
BLKWell is co-designed with Black community members living with disabilities and chronic conditions. Their voices shape every feature we build.

BLKWell provides navigation and education only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in this app replaces a conversation with your doctor, nurse, or a licensed professional. Benefit information here is educational guidance. Only the official agencies can decide eligibility.
